❌ Why are some voicemail messages not delivered?

There are several reasons a message may not be delivered, including:

• The phone number is disconnected

• Voicemail is not set up on the recipient’s phone

• The number was filtered out based on campaign settings (for example: performance enhancement, state filters, or targeting rules)

If none of the above apply, the message may have failed one of our proprietary delivery checks. These checks ensure messages are actually received.

Important:
You are never billed for messages that cannot be confirmed as delivered. If delivery cannot be verified for any reason, no credit is charged.
